If you complain against them, then they stop your booking and dont talk to you. They make 100% profit.
They tell you to give them 5% rating everywhere, You dont do, they stop your booking. They make 100% profit.
They book hotel worth 1000 rs. You are happy. They make 80% profit.
If you complaint, they cancel your booking, They 100% profit.
All the resolved complaints which you see on the sites are actually customers just trying not to loose all his money and be happy with Rs 1000 worth hotels.
