They try to attract customers by saying they have affiliate properties at every 5-star location, but when you take the package and try to use any of their services, you find that they don’t have any properties anywhere and that you have to exchange money for anything before you can use any of their services.
For example:
Since we live in Hyderabad, they claimed to have affiliate properties there, such as ITC Kohenur and a few other well-known properties like Le Meridian. However, when we sent an email asking them to book hotels with these properties, they responded that we are no longer affiliated and that we have never had affiliate properties in Hyderabad. This fraud was known as Rishabh.
They stated that there is an additional fee for regular hill stations like OOTY as well.
Additionally, they stated that you would receive two movie vouchers per month for the duration of your fifteen years of membership. However, anytime we contact them by phone or email, they respond that they are currently out of vouchers.
My calls and messages are never answered by their fraud agents, such as Rishabh. They tell me that the money can only be refunded within 21 days when I ask them to return the money.
In twenty-one days, how can we comprehend a company that engages in fraud? By the time you realize the extent of their future deception, your money and 21 days have been lost. I want to lodge a consumer complaint against this company because I feel so helpless.
