They commit fraud by making false service commitments, and after collecting long-term fees, they either ignore you completely or claim they are unable to fulfill your request. Although they promise you four- and five-star accommodations, they only offer options with two to three stars. They also provide flight booking services, but they only choose the least expensive options that require you to travel extensively. Do nothing right now.
