After using the membership for a year (a very frustrating membership), nobody has responded to my calls or emails for the past 4-6 months despite my repeated attempts. I will now file a complaint against the company. According to IPC 402, 420, defrauding customers is totally prohibited. If you’re frustrated with this membership, please fill out a complaint form in large numbers. The government is well aware of this kind of fraud. This scam is being carried out by Mr. Chirag, Mr. Sagar Thapa, and other company-related individuals. I have all the legal papers, mail, chat, and recordings I need to expose these con artists.
