When we signed up for membership, they promised us 4 or 5 star properties.
However, the hotel was a 3-star establishment and was outside the city.
Moreover, no one is answering the phone.
We requested a refund because we weren’t satisfied, but we had no luck.
They never come back within 48 hours, so you eventually have to cancel the trip.
