I have bought membership for one year (Rs 22,500/-) by Priyanka (her mobile no 96 72 31 31 42) on 18th Sept 23. Today, I call customer care of The Park priviera at 7777971626. Customer care has denied neither your membership extended nor utilized still my membership is going to expired on 18th Sept 23.

During the purchasing membership Priyanka told me that u can extend the membership for one year if you are not able to utized by calling to customer care.
Priyanka (her mobile no 96 72 31 31 42) is not reach able .
I think intention of company “park priviera” is not favorable towards customer.
Please sort out my problem,
Either it should be extended for one year or it should be utilized by booking resort.
