I’ve been a member of Park Privée for the past three months.
They provided a list of affiliated hotels with Park Premiere when I was purchasing my membership, and based on that, I made my purchase. They also have a number of hotel options per location, which is a plus.
When I ask for a booking after purchasing membership, they refuse to let me use the affiliated hotel list that they had previously shared with me.
Since I didn’t purchase membership for any of the hotels they are currently assigning me, they are now claiming that they only have one hotel per location, and that one is not the best. It’s dishonest!
When purchasing a membership, it was stated that you could cancel it if you wanted to stop and your money would be returned right away. However, when I have asked to cancel my membership and receive a full refund, they have not responded.
They act like they have money because they don’t reply! They defraud.
