As my only request, they shared a good hotel list when I first joined, and I was promised a booking within three days of starting this membership on February 1st, 2023. But after the membership is canceled, no one is responding properly. I call every day, but no one answers. On the toll-free number, they advised waiting 24 to 48 hours for each email sent, but there was no proper response. They also didn’t listen to our concerns; instead, they disconnected the call if we didn’t listen to them.
Today is August 22nd, and I still haven’t made a reservation. Each time, they give me a choice of very ordinary hotels, and different booking vendors have been used throughout the process.

I have no choice but to accept the situation, but the communication is poor. They promise to book the flight by EOD, but despite numerous promises, they have not done so. More recently, I filed a complaint with the consumer forum, and they now want me to take it down because no one is making an effort to provide the promised services.
They claim to be a five-star hotel while providing reviews with a five-star rating. Since there is no coordination between anyone, I have finally requested a full refund because they have broken every promise and failed to provide the services that were promised at the time of booking.
