On 9th November 2023 I ordered a carton of cigarettes online from THE SMOKE SHOP www.smokeshop.co.im and paid Rs.1761.50 via UPI to Dukan. On 17th Nov, when I had still not received package, I checked Tracking status sent by shiprocket. It showed PICKUP EXCEPTION, ORDER IS UNDER PROCESSING. On checking the Order on smoke shop site, it showed as DELIVERED! I have sent email to the address given on the site but received no reply. No contact number is given. Please help me get refund. I have attached image of order and tracking details.
