I have ordered my shoes on 2 November and more than one week ago and my order is not delivered yet . So , please if there is any problem about my product . Payment is also debited from my amount and not got my order yet . Please refund my payment

I have ordered shoes on 5 nov they said it will be delivered in 4-5 days now it’s almost 10 days n shoes not delivered. They debit payment from my account n there is no contact no nor customer helpline number even mail id is fake as they mention I want my money back n want to complaint against them..
