I have ordered a shoe but didn’t received yet I ordered it on 2/12/2020. I have paid as well it didn’t have any cod option so I had to pay it online through net banking and though the site said my order will be received in 3 to 4 days but it didn’t arrive. Neither it’s email is working nor they have any contact number. I tried mailing them which was provided in their website but it is a probably a fake one as mail is not going and it’s showing that the address is incorrect. My order number was #WZ10426. This is a probably a fake website just to fraud people and get money out of it. These sites should be taken off. It’s a legit crime. Cyber crime. The site claims to be in Mumbai but I doubt how true it is. I got the adds in my instagram and hence placed the order. I’ve bought things from insta adds before but I never have to face any kind of issue like this. This is so wrong utter bullshit. The site should be taken off and the people behind it should get punish. They provided only 1 email and that’s fake as well. They are not being tressed by the normal people. Cyber hub should look into this matter. Customers should not face all these harassments. That’s why I am posting this and asking for help. I want my money back or the product should be given to me. Though it was very cheap but even 1 penny matters. It’s our hard earn money we have to work for it. It’s not that simple. And it’s not fair to be cheated like this. I want to complain again this shitty people who are robbing others. Playing with the trust of customers online customers. It will be difficult to trust and buy any other products from online now. Just so fucking annoyed by this. Look into this matter. Please do some favor. These things should be taken care of. What is this behavior with the customers. I want my money bach that’s it that’s all. Take down the fucking site. Worthless humanbeing. Frauds. Robbing people online. Hiding their faces that’s all they can do. This is a crime.
