I saw this sponsored ad by the wearz on the Instagram and I placed and order for two sneakers and it showed the amount to be paid before and online only no option for COD and it was placed on 7 dec 2022 and it’s been 3 days now and I haven’t received any information regarding the same and no order id no order confirmation no tracking number has been provided to me. There’s no option for the cancellation and refund the website is now working , whenever I try to open it, it says website not available. I have tried this from many other devices and the result is same. Please provide customer care number or something to ask for refund or to report a complaint. This is just not right.
