I had placed order for a product from this online shopping on 26.04.2018 i have till date got neither delivery details about the product ordered nor schedule of delivery. The tracking states order under process.
They are not picking the calls, the service is hopeless..

I even emailed them their reply is awaited.

Please help to resolve.
