I have ordered a considerable amount of salwar suits, tops and dresses from the app on the 10th of February, after the payment was done got the confirmation mail regarding the payment and nothing else apart from that.
Its been 14 days since then no confirmation mail for the order or the status of it have been sent. I would at least like to know the status of my order or else a refund for the same.
Would like to take up my complaint and reply for the same as soon as possible.
