I purchased shoes from online shopping website thewearz.in on 27 nov 2022. I haven’t received any details about my product after waiting for 4 days.Then I registered my email on thewearz.in So I went to the site to to lodge a complaint and it turns out their email.id is fake. Moreover there isn’t any coustomer helpline that’s working. But I did receive confirmation from that via email, I’ll attach that picture. I got the add on Instagram which led me to the site. I totally regret purchasing from them. I want refund.
It will be best if serious action are taken against that website. It’s a wastage of time and resources and build mistrust in coustomers. Instagram and other social apps need to be more thorough with the authenticity of online business and sites.
Moreover I want to send this message to all those people to trust adds on Instagram or Facebook that before purchasing any product please check the authenticity of this website you’re purchasing from.
And lastly will I get my refund or the product. And how?
Please check if this website really exist.
