i purchased an ias 2019 tablet course for 52000 and i paid 47000 through bajaj finance emi and i received the product on 18.05.2018 as i was not satisfied with the product i requested for cancellation Nd refund in two days as they have return Nd full refund policy if we raise request with in 15 days of purchase .after lots and lots of calls and mails they accepted my request okay well then aftr two days i send the product and they received product in good condition so they accepted for full refund .and on the same day they sent me an mail stating that they accepted for refund and intiated the process very nice still now with iritation.
now today 22.06.2018 there is progress in the process of refund no mail regarding it but i am calling them from 12 th of june atleast twice a day and mailing them but there is no change and they saying just two days more more now it is more than 22 days and each time i called i have to explain the whole process and they saying time or there is technical issues .as it is india wide institute cant solve a technical issue whats the shit all this ? if it is not in some times they told problem with bajaj .they should deal with all interlinked companies because it is their responsbility as i go and cant ask bajaj for refund…all over i am facing worse experience with byjus and their team and they gave me a refernce ticket number 376859
