Hello, I recently purchased a strapless bra from thunderr using an Instagram promotion.
I received my order on April 6th, but they gave it to me incorrectly. Since then, I’ve been trying to get in touch with them and have sent them emails at least twice daily. It’s now April 10th, and I still haven’t heard back from them.
I didn’t have the opportunity to pay online when I placed the order; instead, I had to pay COD, which I did after I opened the merchandise.
I attempted contacting the Amazon shipping firm about the bra, which I paid for with gPay and had shipped to the delivery person for 890, but because it was a third party, they were unable to assist me with filing a complaint.
Please help me get refund of 890 which is loss for me. It felt like fraud to me. Please help to get refund of my amount.
