I recently ordered a Samsung M30 combo and an Oppo F19 Pro combo. I paid for them in advance, and when I called to inquire about the order, they said it was cancelled automatically. I then requested a refund because the app had an ewallat feature, and even though I had withdrawn the money from my bank account, it had not arrived.
