They have a dedicated WhatsApp number that states that they are open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, but neither the message delivery nor the response take place during this time.
By collecting the entire sum up front, they are operating a scam and fraud business.
Even after 21 days, the product has still not been shipped, despite their website clearly stating that it will be delivered in 12–14 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Even when they are at fault for the failure, they do not issue a refund and remain silent.
This brand needs to be punished because everyone associated with them cheats and breaks their own promises.
