Sir,

I have booked train ticket for 12645/NIZAMUDDIN EXP on 29-May-2017, Boarding at AGRA CANTT to H NIZAMUDDIN (NZM). PNR number is 4231669435.

Train was delayed by more than 3 hours and we didnt travel the same train. Instread, we have gone to New Delhi through other mode of transportation. And I have filed TDR to get refund through irctc website.

And currently, they denied the my TDR request and the following message is displayed.
“Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY “
