I Purchased Suit High Back Mesh Ergonomic Chair with adjustable Arms chair order number 18732 from Transteel on 1st Sep20, and the product got delivered on the 17th and installation on the 18th. On the 18th I emailed [email protected] stating the product is with normal hand rest instead of 6 movements as shown in the video. Since the 17th they are just sharing different mobile numbers and names of their staff and non of the person answering the call or giving any resolution.
My experience with this company.
This is one of the worst companies I have experienced in terms of customer care. First of all this company sells rebranding products(proof is you don’t see the company name on any part of the product). 2nd payment gateway is only clear here and moreover, the shipping and installation amount is forced in the bill, next procedure is so vague that you have no information about your product till it gets delivered.3rd you need to keep guessing that the installation person may call you and this company provides you no information. And if you are lucky installation done after delayed by a week after multiple follow-ups with the company. The nightmare starts if you have any issue in the product, these people are champions I can say how to make customers go crazy. The only point of contact with this company is an email id and a mobile number(not helpline/landline number) to reach out to customer care. Unfortunately, I am going through this nightmare where these so-called company just instead of taking an action on the issue keeps sharing names and numbers of the staff who don’t answer calls or emails. Overall they have pathetic customer service, I wished I would have checked this company
