I placed an order for clothes on this site on 3rd August 2020. Its been one and a half month and I haven’t received the order yet. Its prepaid and haven’t received any tacking or dispatch details from company. Just got a order confirmation mail. They have only email id in contact information and I have already dropped 3-4 emails and haven’t heard back from them.
Company looks like a fraud. So, I would like my money back.
This company is clearly running a scam. No updates at all since August 3rd when I placed the it. They deliberately didn’t put the option for cash on delivery so customers would have to pay in advance.
I want my refund as soon as possible.

Order number is 1162 and amount is Rs. 1198/-
