I ordered a sofa cover in November 2023 (ORDER ID: TZ147139). The product is of very poor quality, and the color shown in the photos is not the same as the one that was delivered.
I keep getting an auto-delivered email saying that their inbox is full and that they can receive any emails when I try to email them.
When I sent them a message on the below-listed WhatsApp number, I got no response and it said the number was turned off. No one answers when you try calling the number either.
I need your help to get my refund of Rs. 6498 as soon as possible.
Please assist in flagging this e-commerce platform as fraudulent or fake, so that Google and any other similar websites where it operates or advertises can remove it.
Please assist in stopping these fraudulent companies from conducting business, and if they possess a license, it should be revoked or rejected.
