I learned about them from a celebrity page and placed an order with them. I regret ordering without performing even a cursory Google search and putting all of my faith in the celebrity page.
I received an order confirmation when I placed the order, but I never heard back regarding its status after that. Eventually, after several follow-ups, I got the product.
And I have to admit that their response was quite peculiar during these follow-ups. I discovered the item is damaged after I opened the package!
Within five minutes of receiving the order, I reported it after messaging them right away and getting no response!
They didn’t answer when I tried to call, but they did send a strange reply telling me not to call! And I was requested to send my video of the unpackaging.
Unless you are an influencer on SM, who turns on the camera and takes videos?
I sent them a video of one of my opened packages that was obviously just unpacked, along with another that showed my damaged goods and an unopened package.
Even though they are aware of the reality, they were unwilling to accept it and continued to demand unpackaging videos!
And the woman started acting nasty and refusing to do as I asked!
She has a very haughty attitude! I looked at the website’s return policy, and all it says is to get in touch with them within three days of receiving a damaged item! I would advise everyone to stay away from this website!
They are scammers who have no regard for their clients; they steal from them, knowing full well that many clients choose not to pursue their purchases due to the weakness of online consumer protection laws.
