Recently I ordered a product through online.. it was mentioned 2 products will be delivered for the money but I received only one and that too the wrong model which I didn’t purchased..it was delivered through courier but I can’t get the details of the sender.. I even tried for raising a query abt the product but the support page shown was to fill the details of the customer so that we get a call back frm the merchant.. I tried to view the page now but it’s not showing now.. better wat I can do is to contact the delivery office so that they might have received the contact details of the sender.. and to check for the registered time of the parcel in their office.
