I Placed order for 2 kurtis for 699. They didn’t deliver the product I ordered. It was two faded suites. When I placed the order they showed all options for return. Infact they have mentioned in the website regarding delivery policy.
When I tried to return the product I couldn’t do anything. There was a phone number mentioned on the cover of the parcel. Tried calling that number…but in vein. Phone number is 8368969535.
I tried many options to return the product. But couldn’t. Later I realised it’s a fraud company.
I want refund of my money. I don’t know how to go about it. In Google I found this option. So raising a complaint against them.
Cyber crime department should stop them from doing such fraud marketing. They should not be allowed to post anything in the website.
Incase cyber security or crime department have their phone number please let me know. Don’t mind talking to them.
Or else please let me know how to go about it.
