I’m writing to draw your attention to a problem with a payment made to Trippy Holidays for a 12-seater Tempo traveler reservation for a Himachal tour (departing from Delhi on May 22 and ending on May 30).

We have paid Mr. Sandeep the full amount of 75,000 (payment date and reference number noted) into the shared bank account.

This is a fraudulent situation because we were forced to pay 30,000 more because the vehicle couldn’t be moved to the stop point while our guests were inside.

To give you the information you require:

Date of Payment: May 20th – 10000, May 24th – 15, 000, May 26th – 20, 000/, May 27th – 10, 000/, Cash to driver – 20, 000/
Payment Method: Online Transfer
Amount Paid: 75, 000/ plus 30, 000 ( more to Mr Yash)

The following happened : A 12-seater traveler was reserved for a trip to Himachal, and full payment was made to the Trippy Holidays A/c.

On the evening of December 30, Yash Tawar called to inform us that Trippy Transporter was using their vehicles but failing to reimburse them for their use.

120 kilometers before the drop-off location, he stopped the traveler and demanded direct payment of 30,000 from him.

He bothers us about the call and our visitors, who were parents of young children. We attempted to call Mr. Sandeep’s and Mr. Deepak’s mobile numbers.

We transferred (screen shot attached) to Yash and asked him to drop our guests after several failed attempts to get a response.

This is a violation of our terms and a form of harassment directed at my business.

Unfortunately, the services/products delivered did not follow the terms that were agreed upon. Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Deepak have been contacted on numerous occasions in an effort to resolve this issue, but I haven’t gotten a satisfactory response or a workable resolution.

According to the phone call and most recent whatsapp conversations from the office (see attachment), in which you confirmed the payment had been received and agreed to transfer it,

As a result, I kindly ask that you proceed right away to process the refund of $30,000 to the original payment method.

Owner Mr. Sandeep has been on the phone and in messages, but he never picks up. He has promised to pay the sum, but a month has passed and we are still pursuing him.
