Due to the fake travel documents that the travel agent provided, the refund was delayed or never arrived after the trip was canceled.
We used this to arrange our international travel. Arjun Vatwani had promised to give us our original travel documents and lodging, but he gave us fake paperwork instead, which resulted in the cancellation of our visas.
He is now purposefully delaying the full refund at the time of the refund.
