I bought two similar models, poco m4 pro 4g at 27 oct on flip kart.
Again I purchase same model deliver on 6 nov 22, becasus i like this model,
If we compare both the mobiles, the mobile delivered on November 6 has a lot of camera problems and hanging problems.
Then i request to flip kart please replacement.
As per guidelines Today I met the technician engineer at my house, he checked the mobile completely, he found a problem in the mobile, hanging problem, after that there is also a problem in the camera.
How can I use that mobile with so many problems, I am asking flip kart for the same model replacement,
Why did flip kart cancel my replacement order after all this?
If my mobile was working properly then why would I have returned it,
