I ordered the above compony a office chair. They were marketting it on facebook that due to covid pandemic a factory is going to close and selling their product on very cheap price. so i ordered the product but neither recieved the product nor refund. On 5th april I got the order comfirmation email from the company. I have attached the copy of it with this complaint. After many days when i didnt recieved the product, I email them to inquire about my order. But initially they didnt respond. When I Email them and said that I will Complaint against you, then they asked me about my order. I gave them the details. After that I got an email from them on 18th April 2021 which was about refund “Your refund successfully done the same will be credited to your account 5 to 7 working days. your refund id; rfnd_H0I9KCGuaiZdlN”. But now today its 4th of June 2021, No refund. Pls Help
