Yesterday I booked one order for pick up of a glass Trophy from Olympic sport shop in Double Road to Prestige Habitat Lakeside in varthur in Bangalore. Delivery agent after picking the order he called and said there is a problem in dunzo app as dunzo is not remitting the payments, please cancel the order and I will deliver to your destination and pay me by cash. I refused to cancel the order as I told it’s an office order and we cannot do cash transaction. He called the deliverer and took the address and location on whatsapp and he went to other direction and reached Marthahalli bridge and started talking that dunzo app is showing this delivery address and I won’t delivery to the destination as it is 10 km away. He said if you want to take your parcel book new agent or else I will throw here and go. Talking non sense for 1.15hrs and then we had to book new agent to pick and deliver to the destination with extra cost.
Find attached the snapshots of our dunzo booking details & the destination he collected on whatsapp & the conference call he wasted our 1+hour arguing he will not deliver to the destination.
