Made a payment of 1806/- for VIP cinepolis through bookmyshow on selecting rewards the payment was made through twid the cinema did accept the booking and Twid has not given any refund. Bookmyshow customer support is not responding. I did not choose to pay through twid, I have chosen to pay through bookmyshow their app, however the msg is asking me to contact twid support when there is no way to contact support. I need my refund.
