Universal Travels – Rude behaviour

On May 10, 2024, I reserved a bus ticket from Chennai to Mayiladuthurai. My bus time on Universal Travels is 11:15 p.m.

Although the bus left very early—the driver called me at 11:08 and yelled something at me—I arrived at my boarding point at 11:10 p.m.

My bus is only scheduled to arrive at 11:15 p.m. Please be patient; I will arrive in two minutes.

He was very rude to me, shouting at me and not listening to me. At least give me my money back for the Rs. 830 ticket.

Please investigate this matter and take the appropriate action; if not, I will file a lawsuit against the travel company.
