University of Worcester staff member Graham Davies is alleged to have made hateful remarks to a female Muslim student studying at the University of Worcester, these comments specifically referred to the hijab that the Muslim student was wearing and how the student should take this off. Davies has been previously disciplined for homophobic comments made towards lesbian students. Davies behaviour is deeply concerning and worrying.
Staff should set an example for inclusive behaviour and not fuel bigotry and hatred.
