I obtained my loan through the Urban Loan App, where it was stated that the maximum interest rate they would charge each month would be 9%.
They gave me a loan, which I was paying back each month with 10% interest.However, after a few months, they started charging 15% interest.
They insisted that I pay now at a monthly interest rate of 15% even though I told them I couldn’t. They are blackmailing me after four months because I was unable to pay.
They stole my mobile phone’s contact list and sent inappropriate and phony messages along with my photos and adhar details. This made me depressed and damaged my reputation.
Could you please assist me with this?
