I ordered a top from urbanic.. When I received it was very thin so I returned. I paid 1124 while ordering but when I returned product I got refund of 1025 I paid courier charges for product I didn’t buy or keep as quality of the product was not good.. I tried contacting their support asked them to refund delivery charges but they didn’t.. Though I didn’t use the product as quality of product was poor I had to pay.
I ordered a one piece from Urbanic. I received an email with the order id. I bought this product on 19th Jul. It’s been more than a week but the product is not yet delivered. I have written an email to the support team. But there is no reply.
I ordered a top and received a completely different product .. size, fabric, style nothing has any connection with the product I ordered. I opted for return with all packaging, barcode, product pics yet my return request is rejected and no reason given.. there is no contact number or customer care number provided.. this is just loot..
