I’m writing to let you know about a serious problem I’m having with Satish Muthusamy, who cheated on the interior decorating of my home. I had contracted with this individual to design the interior of my home, and as per the terms of the contract, I had paid him a total of 1.85 lakhs to date. However, the work has not been finished in accordance with the agreed terms even after the agreement’s period has expired.
Additionally, the work that has been completed thus far is of poor quality and falls short of the commitments that the person in question made. The materials and workmanship used to decorate the interior of my home are of poor quality. Additionally, I’ve observed that some of the materials employed are not those I was promised.
I’ve made several attempts to get in touch with the person to voice my displeasure and ask that the work be finished in accordance with the contract. But he hasn’t returned my calls or messages, and I haven’t gotten a satisfactory response from him either. I’ve been extremely frustrated and inconvenienced by this.
I firmly believe that by failing to fulfill his contractual obligations and compromising on the caliber of the work, this person has defrauded me. Therefore, I am requesting that you take immediate action against this person and see to it that he completes the work in accordance with the plans and to the expected levels of quality. I demand prompt action to guarantee that the work is finished in accordance with the contract and a reimbursement for the subpar work.
I’m hoping you’ll take this seriously and act appropriately to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Hi Sujatha, I am Chaya.
We also started our project with Sathish. He spoke very politely in the beginning and also agreed to do whatever we asked for within one month of time.
But even after 3 months, he couldn’t finish the work. Leave about finishing, he is not even responsing to the calls. LAter we got to know that he has done the same thing woith many other people.
He is not even paying properly to his carpenters. And the quality of the materials he has used is very poor and we can already see it.
Going with urbanior interiors is one of the worst decision ever we have made.
