Urbano – scam portal.

I ordered two bamboo shades from them online and pre-paid with a credit card because their website was so professionally designed that I thought it was a legitimate retailer.

The only time I became suspicious was when, even after 15 days, they still hadn’t shipped the order.

WhenIcalledtheircustomerservice,therepresentativesaiditwouldbedeliveredtodayoratmosttomorrow–

Nothing had changed, and when I called back four days later, they repeated their previous statement that it would be dispatched today or tomorrow.

Now that I’m certain it’s a scam and that nothing was ever intended to be sent,

I sent them a warning email, to which they replied that they had already dispatched and had emailed me the tracking information.However, the mail I had previously received only stated that your order was being processed and contained no such information.

I am now certain that they are a fraud after reading other reviews.

If you want to, only purchase from them COD; never pay in advance. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I’m writing to stop this scam company from stealing from others.

Keep your business with reputable online merchants like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
