We have booked plot (B-70) measuring 200 sq yrd in Neemrana (Rajasthan) project name Green Park developed by USP Builder (Director Mr Prem Shankar Gupta) in the year of 2011, which was later known to be fraud as there was not plot available for sale. Knowing this we approached above company who gave us false promise either refund the amount or give possession of similar plot. We have filed complained vide FIR No.610/15 with Police Station < Subhash palace, Rohini. Matter is still pending, no sign of refund of our hard earned money. kindly help.
