I placed an order on 29th April with the vastra-studio and paid INR 1983, including the same-day delivery charges of INR 70. However, I haven’t received my order to date. I have sent an email communication to the email provided on the website. However, I haven’t received any response. When I tried to visit their website on 1st May 2023, it showed that the webpage did not exist. Then only I realise it was a Financial fraud. I had no option but to register a complaint here for a refund. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible.
