They haven’t responded to even one text or SMS, and I can’t even track my order after placing it. I took a screenshot and saved the payment information to my phonepay history, but they haven’t responded. I don’t know if they’re attempting to commit online fraud.
Please assist me as I am extremely dissatisfied and would like my money back, if not my kurta pajama set.
