I have ordered a saree in Vediksaree.com on August 10th 2020. It was a prepaid order, I have paid Rs.849. While ordering it was mentioned that my order will be delivered before Aug 15th, but there is no progress in the order till date. It is not shipped too. They gave a phone number for enquiries or complaints but is switched off every time. I sent a mail with all the details but none responded to email too. My order number is #212191. I don’t understand whom to approach as there is no one available and it is clearly evident that it is a SCAM. I need refund of the amount I paid.

There is a link provided in the message to track the shipment. I am not mentioning the link here as it contains my personal details (Address and phone number) but providing the screenshot of bill in the attachment.
