Recently I purchased two sarees worth 800 each and also they charged for delivery. But, they delivered completely different product and also the quality of cloth is very cheap.
I tried to contact them via number given by them but it is not reachable. I also texted them in whatsapp (num is given in the site). I even raised query in their website for which there is no response either .In the return and replacement policy they have given that they should be contacted within 3 DAYS for any replacement of wrong item . I tried to reach them through various ways from the minute I received and saw the sarees. They are cheating the buyers and its ethically and legally very wrong. I want either replacement or refund . Please address my issue ASAP
