Details of the Incident:
I am writing to report a case of online shopping fraud that I have recently fallen victim to. On 14th April 2025, I placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order through an Instagram/online page named “Venezia Fashion” which appeared to sell fashionable clothing.
The total amount paid was ₹1800, which I paid in full upon delivery. However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find torn, waste fabric pieces instead of the products I had ordered. The delivered items were completely different and unusable, indicating a clear case of fraudulent activity.

Attempts to contact the seller post-delivery have failed, and no refund or return process has been offered or acknowledged. Several other users online seem to have reported similar frauds from the same address and phone number.
Request for Action:
I request that strict action be taken against the fraudulent seller to prevent further scams. Please help investigate and trace the individual or business involved, and if possible, assist in initiating a refund or appropriate legal steps.
This incident has not only caused monetary loss but also emotional distress and a breach of consumer trust.
