I have ordered lehenga from venukala and got different color of dupatta. I have submitted a request for return on their given contact details but they are not replying. Fed up with the service. Worst customer support i have ever seen. I think i have done the biggest mistake from ordering venukala. They are not even reading msgs on whatsapp and there is no direct number to call.
