On 30-10-2016, I bought a 14 g 92.5 silver bangle worth Rs.800 from Verma Jewellers, M-1/A-2, Main Road, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095. The very next day it turned to yellowish copper color within the storage itself. I went back to them on 2-11-2016, they blamed moisture or pollution to be the reason for such change and it’s silver’s nature to change color, they cleaned it and gave it to me. Now today on 3-11-2016 again it has turned into that yellowish color overnight. What action can be taken against such poor quality selling of jewelry??
