My name is ramesh, i book a plot in vgn may field park, tambaram. I paid 266, 255.00 as booking amount and got all the documents belongs to that plot,

There are few documents missing when i go for legal check and vgn failed to give those missing documents and that particular plot is not legally clear title. So i canceled the booking and requested for the refund of my amount of rs 266, 255.00, i got a mail saying my refund got approved and will get it soon after running behind them for almost 6 months. But still i did not get my refund amount.

Every time when i meet the sales manager and crm they give some tentative time but failed to do the process. As per their policy they refund the amount in 2 months from the cancellation request. But in my case its almost 6 months over still i did not get my refund amount.

I am planning to file complaint again this issue.
