I and my brothers purchased plots in vihari projects pvt ltd in 2017 december.
They claimed they are going to get hmda approvals and sold off entire venture with high prices.

Vihari project owners always borrowed time from us in the name of hmda approvals. We happened to go visit hmda office and got know that there is no such project registered under their name in that specific location.

When we brought it to their notice, vihari management is now planning to allot a plot in some other location. But still their website is active and they are still selling the plots in that location. (I contacted as a new customer from different number)

I want to take my money back. But they are not willing to return my money. Rather they want to allot some other plot which is 50 kms away from city.

My family has invested 70 lakhs in that venture.
Please let us know how to go legal on it.
