We booked land and paid advance worth 1 lake. But we are very much need of money so cancelled to purchase land.
And we asked our paid advance amount. They are not returning money 1 lakh worth.
Because we’re not in a position to purchase immediately.
They’re not returning our advance amount.
How to get back.
