Hi Sir,
Recently i booked a plot from Virtusa Life space under project icana meadows near kompally.
I Booked plot no 319 on 20th May with advance amount Rs-15000 through Swipe machine.
Some reason my plan has change to purchase plot from that area and same i informed to Concern person Mr Prasad. (GM of Sales) he said please come to office and need to submit one application for refund process on 26th May.
He said the amount will refund next 10 working days and am continuously following up for payment but after 20 days now he is saying the amount is less so company cannot refund.
I have Whatsapp message in that they are saying they will pay.
Kindly do the necessary action against them.
